Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Sebina AI ("the Service"), operated by RIMAUTEK SDN. BHD., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sebina AI is an AI-powered website builder platform that allows users to create, customize, and deploy websites using artificial intelligence. The Service includes AI content generation, website hosting on sebina.ai subdomains, a code editor, database management, and deployment infrastructure.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One person or legal entity may maintain only one free account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Plans

We offer the following subscription plans: Free (RM 0), Lite (RM 50/month, with a launch price shown on our pricing page), Starter (RM 99/month), Pro (RM 149/month), and Team (RM 299/month). All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Plan features and limits are as described on our pricing page.

4.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our secure payment provider. Payment methods include FPX online banking, credit/debit cards, e-wallets, and DuitNow QR. Subscriptions are valid for 30 days from the date of payment.

4.3 Token System

AI generation usage is measured in tokens. Paid plans add their monthly token allowance each month the subscription is active (annual plans receive it every month of the year), and unused subscription tokens carry over to the next period. The Free plan includes 500 tokens given once at sign-up; they are not refilled. Add-on token packs can be purchased separately and never expire.

4.4 Subscription Expiry

A renewal reminder will be sent 3 days before your subscription expires. If payment is not received by the expiry date, your projects will be suspended and deployed websites will show a maintenance page. Your data will be preserved. Upon renewal, all projects will be automatically restored.

5. Selling on Your Websites — Managed Payment Gateway

5.1 Paid plans include a managed payment gateway (FPX online banking and DuitNow QR). Payments from your website's customers are collected by RIMAUTEK SDN. BHD. through our payment partner CHIP on your behalf and credited to your Sebina wallet.

5.2 By accepting these Terms and enabling checkout on a website, you appoint RIMAUTEK SDN. BHD. as your limited payment-collection agent for those sales; money we collect for you discharges your customer's payment obligation to you.

5.3 No platform fee is charged to you on your sales. Your customer pays the payment gateway's actual transaction fee per successful payment (FPX: RM1.00 flat; DuitNow QR: 1%, minimum RM0.15), shown as its own line at checkout.

5.4 Successful payments are credited to your wallet immediately at the full order amount and become eligible for payout 48 hours later, once the funds have settled to us. Payouts are requested from your dashboard (minimum RM50) to a Malaysian bank account held in your name. When you delete your account, your wallet is paid out from a RM10 minimum instead, as described in section 6.1 of our Privacy Policy.

5.5 Refunds on managed payments are requested from your dashboard and executed by Sebina. Your customer receives the full amount paid (including the transaction fee); your wallet is debited the order amount. A sale that has already been included in a payout can no longer be refunded through Sebina.

5.6 You are the seller of record for everything sold on your websites — pricing, delivery, taxes and customer service are your responsibility. You must not sell goods or services that are illegal in Malaysia or prohibited by our payment partner (including gambling, adult content, weapons, narcotics, counterfeit goods and unlicensed financial services).

5.7 We may suspend the managed gateway on any website or account, withhold payouts, or reverse wallet credits where we reasonably suspect fraud, prohibited sales, chargebacks or a breach of these Terms, and we may request additional verification information where our payment partner or the law requires it.

5.8 You may instead connect your own CHIP merchant account ("bring your own"); payments then settle directly to you under your own CHIP agreement and sections 5.3–5.7 do not apply.

5.9 The Managed Payment Gateway is available on paid plans only and is enabled by default for paid accounts; it is not available on the Free plan.

6. Office Documents

6.1 Office lets you produce business documents — invoices, quotations, receipts, purchase orders, delivery orders and agreements. The documents are yours. You are responsible for what they say, for the figures on them, and for sending them.

6.2 The starter agreements are starting wording only. RIMAUTEK SDN. BHD. is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Nothing in Office is a statement that a document is enforceable, valid or sufficient for your situation. Read every clause, fill in every blank, and take your own legal advice on anything that matters to you.

6.3 Office prepares fields used by Malaysian e-Invoicing, including tax identification numbers and classification codes. It does not submit anything to LHDN on your behalf, and it is not a MyInvois submission service. Meeting your tax and e-Invoicing obligations remains yours.

6.4 Document numbering is yours to set and moves forward only. We do not renumber, reissue or delete numbers once a document has been shared, sent or downloaded.

6.5 A shared document link is unlisted, not private: anyone holding the link can view that document until you stop sharing it. Do not share a link with anyone you would not send the document to.

6.6 Where an invoice is paid online through Office, the payment is collected under Section 5 and the same wallet, payout and refund terms apply. The bank processing fee shown at checkout is paid by the person paying the invoice.

7. WhatsApp Notifications

7.1 WhatsApp notifications are available on paid plans with an active subscription. They are off until you connect them yourself in Settings → Notifications by sending a one-time code from your own WhatsApp, and you can disconnect them at any time.

7.2 We use WhatsApp only for your task reminders (including a summary of reminders you missed), a test message when you ask for one, and short fixed replies to the messages you send us. There is no AI conversation on WhatsApp: replies are fixed, and a question they cannot answer is pointed back to Sebina. We do not send marketing on WhatsApp.

7.3 WhatsApp messages are sent from a dedicated Sebina number through an unofficial connection, not through WhatsApp's official business service. That number may be restricted or become unavailable at any time, and we may pause or end WhatsApp notifications when that happens.

7.4 Delivery on WhatsApp is not guaranteed, and we limit how many WhatsApp messages we send each day, to each member and in total. When a WhatsApp message cannot be sent, your notices may come in the app and by email instead, according to your notification settings. Do not rely on WhatsApp alone for anything time-critical.

7.5 Reply STOP at any time to stop WhatsApp messages, and START to receive them again. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp's own terms. How we handle WhatsApp data is described in section 2.8 of our Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create websites that contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware, phishing pages, or engage in fraud
• Send spam or unsolicited communications through websites created on the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the AI generation features to create content that violates applicable laws
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service, including website code, text, and designs. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and serve your content as necessary to provide the Service.

9.2 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI tools is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring that AI-generated content is accurate, appropriate, and does not infringe on third-party rights. We do not claim ownership over AI-generated content in your projects.

9.3 Our Platform

The Sebina AI platform, including its design, features, code, and branding, is the property of RIMAUTEK SDN. BHD. and is protected by intellectual property laws.

9.4 Google Maps Place Information

Place cards may display information and photos supplied by Google Maps. Your use of this content is subject to the Google Terms of Service and Google Maps Additional Terms of Service. Details and photo availability can change; confirm time-sensitive information with the venue.

10. Website Hosting

• Websites are hosted on sebina.ai subdomains (e.g., yoursite.sebina.ai).
• We provide hosting infrastructure but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
• We reserve the right to suspend or remove websites that violate these Terms.
• Free plan websites are assigned a random subdomain. Paid plans allow subdomain selection.
• Custom domain binding is available on every paid plan (Lite, Starter, Pro, Team).

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RIMAUTEK SDN. BHD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or service interruptions.

12. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the changes.

Sebina AI, operated by RIMAUTEK SDN. BHD., reserves the right to update or change these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy at any time. When we make changes, you will be presented with the updated documents in the app and must accept them to continue using the Service; your acceptance (version and date) is recorded on your account.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may ask us to delete your account at any time, in Settings or at sebina.ai/account/delete; you can no longer sign in from the moment you confirm. Our staff complete the deletion, and we aim to complete it within 30 days; it can take longer while money owed to you is still being settled. When a deletion is completed, your websites are taken offline. If we terminate your account, we take your websites offline and handle your data as described in section 6 of our Privacy Policy, which also says what is deleted, what is paid out or forfeited, and what we keep when you delete your account.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
