Delete your Sebina AI account

This page is for the Sebina AI app on Google Play and the website sebina.ai. Both are run by RIMAUTEK SDN. BHD.

How it works

Enter the email address of your Sebina AI account. We email you a link that works for 24 hours.
Open the link to see what happens to your account and your money, then confirm. Signing in stops at once.
We aim to complete the deletion within 30 days. It can take longer while money is still being settled. Until our staff start the deletion, the email we send you has a link to cancel it.

What we delete

Your projects and websites, chats, files, documents, Studio and Office work, tasks, contacts, notifications and support tickets. Your profile is anonymised: your name, email address, photo and phone number are removed. Domains you bought through Sebina stop serving your websites and are not renewed; they are not transferred to you and stay registered to us until their paid term ends.

What we keep, and why

Payment, tax and payout records, with the payer's name and email and the bank details payouts were sent to, because tax and accounting law requires them.
Your affiliate history and your place in the referral tree, because other members' earnings depend on it.
The record of the deletion itself: the name, email address and language you had when you asked, the ids of your former projects and domains, and the amounts paid out or forfeited.
Mail sent or received through Sebina's mail system, and its delivery records.
A one-way code made from your email address, so a new account with the same address gets no second first-time bonus and is not placed in a referral tree.
Files that another member's live website still uses.
Conversations already used to train our own AI models stay in those models and their training copies, and the builds and chats on a project you transferred to another member stay with that project.

We keep payment, tax and deletion records for at least 7 years, and your affiliate history and mail with no set end date. The one-way code is deleted 7 years after the latest deletion with that address. Our privacy policy lists everything we keep.

Your money

Before you confirm, we show what we expect to pay out and what is forfeited; the final amounts are worked out when we complete the deletion. Each wallet (affiliate and site sales) is paid to your bank account only if RM 10.00 or more of it can be paid out. Everything else is forfeited: smaller amounts, credit that can only be spent, the reserve your wallet must keep, money not payable because your plan was not active when you asked, money we could not pay because you did not give us bank details after we asked, any time left on your paid plan, prepaid domain years, your AI tokens and your reward tickets. A wheel prize waiting to be paid by hand is not paid, and money that reaches a wallet after the deletion is completed is forfeited.
